An Interesting Referer
I was browsing through my stats when I noticed a peculiar referer looking at my recent post about whether or not Google is going to begin prosecuting for click fraud.
Here is the entry:
California, Mountain View, United States
(216.239.55.7)
Will Google Begin Prosecuting For Click Fraud?
www.corp.google.com/~dturner/clickfraudnews/index.php?page=Feeds
What does this mean? Well, not much really. All we know is that an employee at Google has the username dturner and he/she scrapes RSS feeds for items relating to click fraud. The only useful piece of information is the IP address.
Oh, and the fact that Google employees don’t get MLK day off.
Maybe it’s not such a great place to work…
