Focus Breaks
When you work 12-14 hours per day you often get lost in the small details of what you’re trying to do and lose sight of the big picture. Taking a break can often help get your focus back where it belongs.
My house guests left this morning and I’m going to be working on different projects than I was working on before they came.
You don’t have to take a two week break to regain focus. I’ve found it helps to go for a long walk or even just to lay in bed for an extra twenty minutes and think about your goals for the day and how they align with your long-term goals.
You’ll feel like you’re wasting your time the first few times you do it, but if you use the time to really concentrate on your strategies you’ll see that there’s no better investment of your time.
Now that I’ve been doing this for two weeks it’s time to get back to work!

I agree. I used to think that the technical aspects, or even the “marketing aspects” of working online were the toughest. I have come to learn that motivation, time management and FOCUS ON A PLAN are far more difficult to master! I wouldn’t dream of pushing any product here, but i would reccomend that marketers take a look at some the helpful products in this area. There are a few good ones out there.
